For festival & event organisers

The bigger the flock, the cheaper the fare — direct coaches to your festival, built around your guests.

01 — What makes fl●ck different

We are not a coach company. We are the layer above them.

Traditional coach operators own their fleet. That means fixed capacity, fixed routes, and a business model that only works at scale — which is why most festivals never get a direct service.

fl●ck doesn't own a single vehicle. Instead, we work with a network of licensed operators across the UK — carefully selected for reliability, compliance, and quality. When demand confirms a route, we match it to the right operator and vehicle for that specific corridor and crowd size.

This means we can service any event, in any location, at any scale — from a 16-seat minibus to a full fleet of full coaches — without the fixed costs that make traditional operators say no.

02 — The transport gap

Your guests want to get here. Getting here is still the problem.

79% of long-distance event trips in England are made by car — not by preference, but because no direct alternative exists. For most independent festivals, no national coach operator will run a direct service: the volumes aren't guaranteed up front, so the gap stays open every single year.

Option
Reality
Drive
£40–80 in fuel and parking. Someone has to stay sober for the whole weekend.
Train + taxi
Two or more legs. The last train home leaves before the headline act finishes.
Existing coach
Rarely available for boutique festivals. Where it exists: Victoria or nothing.
fl●ck
Direct, door to site. Price drops as more guests book. No car, no transfers, no stress.

03 — How fl●ck works

The bigger the flock, the cheaper the fare.

Every guest who books a seat makes the journey cheaper for everyone who has already booked. Sharing the route link is financially rational, not just social — which means your guests become the distribution channel.

Stage 1
Starting out
Small vehicle, right-sized for early demand
£40
per seat
Route goes live. Early bookers secure their seat. Every new booking drops the price for everyone already on board.
Stage 2
Growing
33 seats available
£28
per seat
Demand exceeds the minibus. Vehicle upgrades automatically and the price drops again — for everyone already booked.
Stage 3 — Confirmed
Full flock
49 seats · route confirmed
£19
final price
Route confirmed at the lowest price. Operator contracted. Cards charged 2 hours before departure. The coach runs.
No guest is charged unless the trip is confirmed.
Why this matters for your festival

One solution. Any size. Anywhere in the UK.

Because we're not tied to our own fleet, we're not limited by it. We can run a single 16-seat vehicle from a city with low demand, and a full coach from one where demand is high — simultaneously, for the same event.

04 — What we're asking for

Three things. None of them cost you anything.

1
A line on your travel page
A single sentence with a link to our route page: “Coach from London available via fl●ck — price drops as seats fill.” No integration, no contract, no cost to you.
2
One social post or story
A single post to your audience before tickets sell out. We provide copy and assets in your preferred format — timing and channel entirely up to you.
3
Anonymised ticket sales postcode data
This is the one that actually makes the routes work. Knowing where your guests travel from tells us exactly where to run coaches, and at what price. We use it to design routes. We never share it, sell it, or use it for anything else.
05 — The data question

Where do your guests come from?

The single most useful thing a festival can share with us is anonymised postcode data from ticket sales. Here is exactly what we do with it — and what we don't.

Here is exactly what we do with it. We use your postcode data to score route viability — identifying which origin cities have enough density to fill a coach, and designing pickup points that minimise journey time for the most guests. We retain this data as part of our route intelligence, which means if you run the same festival next year, we already know where to look. We may use origin city data to reach potential passengers with relevant route information. We never sell it and never share it with third parties.

In practice If 340 of your 5,000 tickets were bought by people with London postcodes — and 180 of those are in East or North London — we know a direct coach from Stratford or King's Cross will fill. That insight also helps us plan routes for other events in the same city the following season. Your data makes your routes better, and makes future routes smarter.
06 — Why coach travel works

A better journey. In every direction.

Coach travel is not a compromise — it is genuinely the best way to get to a festival. Here is why your guests will thank you for making it easy.

🌿
Better for the planet
A full fl●ck coach removes up to 40 cars from the road on a single route. Every seat sold is a measurable reduction in your festival's carbon footprint — and your guests know it.
Point-to-point speed
fl●ck routes run direct — no hub stops, no multi-leg transfers. Your guests board near home and step off at the festival entrance. No connection anxiety, no last-mile scramble.
💸
Cheaper than the alternatives
A fl●ck seat typically costs less than the fuel, parking, and the quiet resentment of being the designated driver. And as more people join the flock, the price keeps falling.
🎉
The journey is part of the event
Everyone on a fl●ck coach is heading to the same place, for the same reason. The festival starts the moment they board. It is social in the best possible way — and nobody is watching the road.
Stress-free from door to stage
No parking, no designated driver, no 2am taxi wait, no Sunday-morning traffic. Your guests arrive relaxed, stay longer, and leave without the post-festival dread of a long drive home.
🎟️
Enhanced event experience
Guests who travel without a car spend more on site. They drink, they buy, they stay until the end. A guest who drove in is thinking about the traffic. A guest who fl●cked is thinking about the music.
40%
of Glastonbury festivalgoers already travel by coach — the behaviour exists
27,500

79%

4.9%

07 — What we commit to you

An honest ask deserves honest commitments.

We will not run a route that hasn't hit its demand threshold — if a coach doesn't fill, it doesn't run.
We will not charge your guests anything that isn't clear and transparent at the time of booking.
We will share post-event data on fill rates, origin postcodes, and guest feedback with you.
We will not approach your commercial partners or sponsors without your permission.
We will be honest if something isn't working, and fix it or stop.
Get started

Twenty minutes. That's the ask.

Tell us about your festival and how your guests currently travel. If it doesn't feel right, you've lost twenty minutes. If it does, we move fast.

We'll never share what you tell us here. See our data commitments above.

Thanks — that's with us.

Ted will personally read this and reply within a couple of days. In the meantime, feel free to reply to the confirmation email with anything you'd like to add.
